  • 6. LC Development Align LC Goals for the year and month wise in the programme to MC Goals (ELD and NPS) ALL TEAMS in the LC focused on the focus Programme Back Office members in the LC working on focus programme growth Regular EDUCATION to LCs about the programme growth, NPS, S&D, Sales etc
  • 7. Create an Expansions development Plan Expansion creation/managemen t TIMELINE Goals: • Programme contribution • Define KPIs Expansions strategy and coaching Structure and Synergy on MC team and in LCs to manage Expansions
  • 8. Create an Expansions development Plan Expansion creation/managemen t TIMELINE Expansion name Official Expansion LC Eg: XYZ Jan 2014 December 2014 In Tier 3 and Tier 4, generally expansions are created by the MC and not by LCs!
  • 9. Create an Expansions development Plan Goals: • Programme contribution • Define KPIs • Target number of Official Expansions by end 2014/ MC term • Target number of Official expansions converting to LCs by end 2014/MC term • Contribution of Expansions to GCDP GIP (Specifically to focus programme) • Have clear KPIs leading up to the goals
  • 10. Create an Expansions development Plan Expansions strategy and coaching • Growth Path for expansions • Specific focus programme and action steps to grow in the focus programme • Who is coaching the expansion, how to coach the expansion along with clear timeline
  • 11. Structure and Synergy on MC team and in LCs to manage Expansions Create an Expansions development Plan • Role of MCP • Role of MCVP of the focus programme
  • 12. IMPORTANT! Number of LCs and Expansions and their goals should be planned in a way so that MC goals can be reached! Do not plan without backward planning from the National Goal!
