and healthy use of cloud computing.
d. Knowledge to solve complex problem solving in cloud compu-

educational stakeholders, actors and contexts, and decision
making in cloud computing.

1. Keep it really simple
2. introduce the project / goals / aims to the leaders
3. Split into groups
4. Ask them to validate one area
5. Then each group shares findings – discussion – agreement
6. Introduce whole POD model
7. Does it meet the needs of adaptive leaders?
8. Is anything missing ?
