The National Park Service faces the challenge of managing knowledge across its many employees and locations. It has implemented a Learning and Performance Ecosystem (LPE) using various tools like the Common Learning Portal (CLP) to address this challenge. The LPE supports knowledge management processes like search and findability, content publishing and governance, performance support, collaboration, and talent management. Moving forward, the NPS aims to improve data visualization, system connectivity, mobile access, and search capabilities to further enhance organizational learning.
