Print Production Manager: Northeast Products: Peterborough,NH: October 2014 – May 2015
Responsibilities included: staff development and leadership of office and production floor employees. ~Engineering new
machinery with CAD software, ordering, pricing, creation and installation of new units.~ Software evaluation and installation.
~Solving technical issues with staff computer hardware and software. ~All facets of machinery maintenance in factory. ~Ensuring
prompt delivery of all promotional products. ~These are tricky as the turnaround time was, often, less than 24 hours.
~Coordination with sales staff to ensure proper product construction and delivery procedure. Facility security and
upkeep.~Product and process R&D for all aspects of decorating.~OSHA safety coordination and implementation for all
departments and resources. ~Inventory control for all aspects of the factory.

Responsibilities included: coordinating and leading the daily Production Planning meeting for all of the company leaders.

Responsibilities included: creating/implementing a feasible work schedule for all 7 departments in the factory that adhered to
administration's goals. The most recent of these accomplishments was a 97.3% fill rate on our 1200+ product line. ~ Re-
engineering of machinery for production needs including the conversion of a 10 head Zelko printing press into a 3 head in under
60% of the original footprint. ~ Spearheading large seasonal projects with R&D to deliver product lines on schedule
(approximately 100 design completions per year) .~Working closely with Administration, Customer Service and customers to
maximize the growth potential of all product lines. ~Coordinating and implementing a JLMC (Joint Loss Management
Committee) to follow state guidelines that resulted in drastically lower safety incidents and a 0% violation with OSHA. ~
Overseeing and defining Quality Control for all production processes.~Representing production in Administrative Direction
Councils.
