Intermune/Valeant: Hepatology Clinical Specialist Sept. 04 – Jan 06
Hired Sept. 04 as part of Intermune's Hepatology sales team responsible for re-launching
Infergen for Hepatitis C.
Aid trial sites with recruiting. Sites included the University of Washington and Tacoma
Digestive Disease Center.
Responsible for the first Infergen patient start at the University of Washington outside of
a study protocol in December,2004, something that the company was unable to initiate
the previous 3 years.
Worked closely with specialty pharmacy to insure benefit verification and patient access.
More than doubled the Infergen prescriber base from 6 to 14.
