 Technical & Commercial evaluation and analysis of bids/offer on overall landed cost basis.
 Techno-commercial negotiation using appropriate negotiation strategies with Vendors/Contractors.
 Formulation & finalization of General Conditions of Contract & Special Conditions of Contracts.
 Preparing Contracts/Purchase orders/ rate contracts for Packages on EPC basis for Project, and O&M
spares.
 Generating MIS on Procurement status for various Projects

2. Liaising & Coordination
 Ensuring the follow up with the Department/ Contractor (if order received through contractors) for
drawing approval, QAP approval and amendments of tender if any.
 Co-ordinating with department, contractor (if required) and with site coordinator as per the terms and
condition of contract agreement and as per the Executive Engineer’s requirement.
 Responsible for initiating and obtaining Excise Exemption Certificate from Government Authority.
Site Monitoring
 Finalization of subcontractor for the erection and commissioning of the project.
 Reviewing site status and mobilization of man and machineries.
 Monitoring of site activity and progress to complete the project in stipulated.
 Coordination with Site Office.
