Desalination Plants, Compressors, SRU & TGTU)
o Site Technical Service Contracts entailing:
 Getting the bids, co-ordination with technical team for technical approval, discussion and agreeing on
general and special terms and conditions of the contracts, performance guarantee, decision on scope
splitting / order split based on strategic locations of engineering, materials sourcing locations, fabrication
location, construction location in respective currencies
 Finalizing umbrella agreement to bind split order under one contract which governs the contract scope /
terms & conditions and other set of legal clauses
Post Award Contract Management
 Supervised release of respective P.O. through system (SAP), arrangement for contract kick-off meeting with
project management, design, construction, quality, HES, Logistic, Expediting, Commercial / Accounts Teams,
finalizing the billing schedule & approvals, agreement of deliverables in terms of engineering and materials, keep
track on change orders, analysis of change order and approval, schedule tracking, expediting, invoice control and
payment certification, track of LC / SBLC, Bank / performance guarantees, inputs to Accounts for Liquidated
