PROFFESIONAL EXPERIENCE
I have “Diploma in Civil engineering” with construction experience in DUBAI (UAE), BHUTAN, IRAQ and BANGLADESH in the
construction field.
I have gathered Eighteen years’ practical experience in supervision, construction, quality control, monitoring of Factory, Building,
Disaster shelter, Bridge, Culverts, Road developments, Protection Works, and Project Management both in consultants and contractor end
with national and international organizations.

 Ensure that the Project Quality Plan is adhered to throughout.
 Read and understand the Project Specification’s and that all work is in compliance, with approved
drawings.
 Raise and document site non-conformances and investigate the corrective action.
 Ensuring the Procurement procedure for procure the Materials with Quality.

 Complete monthly statements of completed works for IPC and certify to the project for contract
payments, which shall include Calculation and verification the quantities, prices and value of
completed works in the month
 Review the progress of the month and request for the payments of all completed items and jobs
according to the contract. Collection of the site measurement papers or other inspection and test papers
for the completed works/jobs to be paid by the project.
 In case of variation of design, calculation and verification of any rates/prices increase or deduction of
pay items in BOQ or value of non BOQ items. Regular site inspection of completed construction and
installations, to ensure no items missing in the IPC according contract.
 Familiar with the Design documents, contract conditions and technical specifications of the Project for
the purpose of prepare and submit of any report to the project for any claim or compensation events.
Obtain the rates and prices information of materials, equipment and civil works as well as the
construction project prices adjust policy in the country from different authorities of government.
 Maintain quality records in an orderly and easily accessible manner.

period according to contract, including raining days or other adverse climate conditions, national or
site area unrest, delay of site handover and removal of utilities, etc.Draft and submission of different
