and Transit Mixer etc.) for Wave One, J&K Tunnel & PRP 3 O&G projects
from Head Office.
Accountable for clearances of all imports, negotiations at remarkable
difference in Net Landed Price as a result attaining cost reduction. Managed
the transporters and freight forwarders.
Preparing all relevant documents like Bid Tabulation Sheet, Capex and PO
approval checklist for aforesaid purchase & get necessary approvals
(Commercial Manager, Project Director, C.F.O. and Managing Director) for
the necessary action on Asset Purchase.
Responsible for Arranging transportation for mobilization of Assets like Plant
& Machinery, site office & store containers from one site another site when
projects were accomplished.
Procurement on urgent basis for newly projects awarded to the company for
site set up when these were on initial mobilization stage (Noida Wave -one,
Hyderabad P&G and Angul Jindal Plant in Odisha).
Apply Just in Time procurement to avoid & minimize local cash purchase for
more transparency & liquidity in procuring required material (HSD, General
Hardware & Safety Items etc.) at site.
Identifying authorized dealers and franchisee holders for spare parts of plant
& machinery and all MEP consumables in particular project area for providing
swift delivery of genuine items as per user’s requirements.
Follow internal Stock transfer policy at project mobilization stage of plant &
machinery equipment to reduce Hiring charges from the project cost.
Apply Just in Time procurement to avoid & minimize local cash purchase for
more transparency & liquidity in procuring required material (HSD, Shuttering
material, welding electrodes & PPE etc.)
Sourcing & Development of substitute local vendors in particular project area
for better outcome in negotiation and early delivery of material.

payment of suppliers, making accrual sheet for pending payment and obtain
Road-Permit & C-form from taxation dept. for delivery of material.
Follow internal Stock transfer policy at project mobilization stage of plant &
machinery equipment to reduce Hiring charges from the project cost.
Doing maximum procurement of required material as per commercial BOQ
within budget price and maximize profitability ratio.
Preparing Tender Recommendation Sheet for more transparency and future
review.
Obtaining minimum 3 or more offers for those particular purchase when their
value is reaching upto ½ million.
Identifying authorized dealers and franchisee holders for spare parts of plant
& machinery and all MEP consumables in particular project area for providing
swift delivery of genuine items as per user’s requirements.
Collection of more vendor/ supplier data sheet to make easy & transparent
procurement process.
Procurement knowledge of all types of Tunnel & Highway (Infra), Building &
Factroy and Oil & Gas project materials like Cement, RMC, Steel
Reinforcement, HSD, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Items including
General & Hardware, Safety items, Tools & Tackles, Spare parts of all type
heavy Earth-moving Machinery and Crusher & Batching Plants, Oil &
