Referred for VHBOT on June 18, 2013 following Surgery June 10 to remove a large mass located between skin and abdominal wall, left flank area. Became inflamed from the prior trauma and suggestive of secondary infection. This was considered life threatening and as a possible necrotizing soft tissue infection. The evidence supported the use of systemic Hyperbaric oxygen treatments. The indications for the use of Veterinary Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatments were the development of hypoxic tissue resulting in necrosis and infection. VHBOT resulted in reperfusion of ischemic areas, saturation of oxygen decreased leukocyte adherence, reducing systemic toxicity. VHBO limited the spread and progression of infection, and as an adjunct treatment enhanced the therapeutic effects of the Veterinary chosen antibiotics. Providing affordable Hyperbaric Medicine is what we are all about at ALL CREATURES HYPERBARIC CARE. this case took 12 treatments
Utbildning och information möts i performance supportJohan Skoglöf
Håller utbildning på teknisk information på att mötas? Utbildning går mer åt hållet "just-in-time". Lär just när du behöver det, i arbetet. Teknisk information går från långa manualer till uppgiftsbaserade instruktioner, som använder media för att visualisera. Ett annat ord för båda dessa trender är Performance Support,

Effective Application Security in Software Delivery lifecycle using Deployment Firewall and DBOM
The modern software delivery process (or the CI/CD process) includes many tools, distributed teams, open-source code, and cloud platforms. Constant focus on speed to release software to market, along with the traditional slow and manual security checks has caused gaps in continuous security as an important piece in the software supply chain. Today organizations feel more susceptible to external and internal cyber threats due to the vast attack surface in their applications supply chain and the lack of end-to-end governance and risk management.
The software team must secure its software delivery process to avoid vulnerability and security breaches. This needs to be achieved with existing tool chains and without extensive rework of the delivery processes. This talk will present strategies and techniques for providing visibility into the true risk of the existing vulnerabilities, preventing the introduction of security issues in the software, resolving vulnerabilities in production environments quickly, and capturing the deployment bill of materials (DBOM).
Speakers:
Bob Boule
Robert Boule is a technology enthusiast with PASSION for technology and making things work along with a knack for helping others understand how things work. He comes with around 20 years of solution engineering experience in application security, software continuous delivery, and SaaS platforms. He is known for his dynamic presentations in CI/CD and application security integrated in software delivery lifecycle.
Gopinath Rebala
Gopinath Rebala is the CTO of OpsMx, where he has overall responsibility for the machine learning and data processing architectures for Secure Software Delivery. Gopi also has a strong connection with our customers, leading design and architecture for strategic implementations. Gopi is a frequent speaker and well-known leader in continuous delivery and integrating security into software delivery.
"Impact of front-end architecture on development cost", Viktor TurskyiFwdays
I have heard many times that architecture is not important for the front-end. Also, many times I have seen how developers implement features on the front-end just following the standard rules for a framework and think that this is enough to successfully launch the project, and then the project fails. How to prevent this and what approach to choose? I have launched dozens of complex projects and during the talk we will analyze which approaches have worked for me and which have not.

linkages
OzonAction work:
HCFC Phase-out Management Plans (HPMPs)
Information, education, communication campaigns
& products
Capacity building products
HCFC & MAC Jumpstart Project
HCFC Help Centre
SolarChill
Refrigerants Naturally
3. UNEP DTIE OzonAction Branch
The ‘Jumpstart’ project on HCFC
phaseout and MAC (2009-2010)
Partner to the project: European Commission
Two objectives:
- 1. Accelerate HCFC phaseout in developing
countries and maximise environmental benefits
- Sectors: Refrigeration and Air Conditioning,
insulating foams (blowing agents)
- 2. Reducing car emissions in the Mobile Air
Conditioning sector
4. UNEP DTIE OzonAction Branch
1. HCFC accelerated phaseout
Developing countries are currently adopting
strategies for future HCFC phaseout (HPMPs)
Considering accelerated phaseout ahead of
MP obligations can benefit:
The ozone layer
Climate, as HCFCs are GHGs
Opportunity for:
• Selecting climate-friendly HCFC replacements
• Energy efficiency gains
5. UNEP DTIE OzonAction Branch
Outcomes
Disseminate Information on latest
technologies for HCFC replacements
(environmental impacts, performance,
conditions of availability), examples of
policies, to encourage cooperation
Reduce the burden of 2013 freeze
6. UNEP DTIE OzonAction Branch
Why urgency?
- The baseline period if 2009-2010 for HCFCs
- Growth rate of HCFC use is still very important
in the region
- After 2009-2010, only two years to prepare for
freeze and invert the growth rate
- Situation is different from CFC freeze b/c of
time constraints
a Jumpstart is needed

HFCs (HFC134a)
Current dominant technology: HFC134a
On the verge of new
technology revolution
- for next 10 years?
10. UNEP DTIE OzonAction Branch
Specific objectives (MAC)
Present the technological developments and
potential environmental impacts
Present strategic orientations of main actors
Share with developing countries experience for
ex. from the EU (legislation prompted
technology evolution)
Identify and help disseminate best practices
(servicing, containment,
end of life,…)
11. UNEP DTIE OzonAction Branch
Expected results
Raised awareness of available MAC technology
options and regulatory approaches
Exchanges of lessons learnt between countries,
of potential for lower direct and indirect
emissions of greenhouse gases, local pollution
and other potential associated economic
benefits.

13. UNEP DTIE OzonAction Branch
Feedback from Chinese
Workshop (continued)
China: market growth still extremely rapid
Growth in China – 8,7% in 2009 and 9% in
2010
The share of exports is still very low
