Train and develop tri-state field sales force to strengthen position in the marketplace through the implementation of strategic
trade plan directed to retail, direct, and management account activity. Responsible for 12 direct wholesale distributors and 28
retail chains.
• Managed 6 full-time sales reps and their staffs in achieved annual sales targets every year in $30 million + sales division.
• Improved efficiencies for implementing promotion orders at the nation’s #1 wholesaler to reduce waste and improve
     profitability.
• Developed and implemented divisional trade plan covering three states (in 2008, totaling $2.5 million).

• Set and managed direct operating budget (in 2008, $750K).

Responsible for building sales by implementing strategic plans in retail account base of 300+ retail accounts in five counties
