The purpose of job analysis is very
important for selection of job evaluation,
job designing and benefits packages and
the development needs.

It is a process by which organization selecting the
employees and. it helps in determining what kind of
person is required to perform a particular job. And
also point out the qualification, level of experience,
technical, physical and personal skills required to
carry out a job. The objective is to fit a right person at
a right place or at right work.

development needs of employee. The difference
between the expected and actual output determine the
