Project Description-
The project consisted of various facility upgrades, including significant capital renewal and replacement of
outdated building systems. Ten of the existing vehicle service lifts were replaced with new lifts, and a new
covered structure for dumpsters and a new tire storage area were constructed. Additional work included various
mechanical, electrical and plumbing system upgrades and replacement throughout the facility. The existing
sprinkler system was also extended and upgraded to provide coverage for the entire facility. Existing men’s and
women’s locker rooms were upgraded to comply with all Americans with Disabilities Act requirements.
Total Project Estimate: $3,661,000
Substantial Completion Date: November 28, 2018
