IMAGINE SWIMMING, 2007- PRESENT
Held positions of increased responsibility for New York City’s premier learn to swim school. Over the past eleven years
we’ve increased our clientele by 600% and our staff by 500%, making Imagine Swimming NYC’s most rapidly growing
outlet for aquatic education.
DIRECTOR OF TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT - 2016-PRESENT
• Created sustainable and scalable processes for on-boarding and training a high volume of new employees in
company culture, curriculum, and methodology.
• Expanded the number of employees from 120 to over 200 in 2017, allowing for increased enrollment of students,
greater flexibility in instructor scheduling resulting in more reliable employees, and increased revenue.
• Designed and administered processes for compensation review, performance evaluations, and employee conflict
resolutions, resulting in improved performance and retention.
• Spearheaded programs for continued education which increased employee engagement, confidence, and
performance.
• Managed and mentored 200+ staff members and oversaw their development and growth within the company.

• Designed and managed an upscale events program generating over 250k in profit and attracting new clients.
