Senior-most human resources position with oversight of the Human Resources and Administrative

to allow employees to share in the Company’s financial success, motivate them to focus on

• Established and manage a comprehensive Disaster Recovery Plan and annual audit process
in conjunction with the VP/CIO to mitigate risk and ensure business continuity in the event
of a disaster.
