Jean-Jacques Degroof received his PhD from MIT Sloan and has been affiliated with the school for over a decade, writing scholarly papers and serving as an affiliate researcher with the MIT Industrial Performance Center. The MIT Industrial Performance Center enhances global science and technology by promoting innovation, competitiveness, and productivity through interdisciplinary research teams that evaluate issues facing various sectors and advise leaders on solutions. Some of their most notable projects have examined the economic futures of Asian countries and the relationship between academia, innovation, and economic growth.
