 Responsible for overseeing all aspects of both creation and execution of all Atlanta
Zone marketing related initiatives which include; incentives for Dealerships and
personnel, sponsorships and promotions, managing of the Zone’s promotional and
selling expense budgets, overseeing the Zone digital strategy and expansion of the
program, presentation and implementation of Zone and Subaru marketing strategies
to a 48-member retailer body of the Atlanta Zone.
 Developed increasing awareness of the Subaru product and the Subaru Dealership
within the Atlanta Zone market by assisting Dealerships on becoming more effective
marketers and aligning with Subaru of America while also incorporating the Sunbelt
Strategy to increase growth in the Zone.
 Assisted Carmichael Lynch and Atlanta Zone Dealers to make optimal use of Subaru
Ad Fund dollars at the retail level to ensure maximum share of voice in the market.
Increased the demand for the Subaru brand by creating and implementing
comprehensive Subaru Ad Fund digital/traditional marketing plans for assigned
dealerships. Atlanta Zone Dealerships are currently utilizing over 90% of their
Subaru Ad Funds (rolling 12 months).
 Worked with Dealer.com to evaluate dealership websites, ensure a solid search
strategy is in place (supplemented with paid search), and communicate the
importance of video and how to effectively manage a retailer’s online reputation.
 Managed Shift Digital to establish processes that significantly improved lead closing
ratios and lead handling at the dealership level.
