Cost Saving
In OHC we had saved a cost of Rs 40,000/- per month, in comparison to previous month
from Jan’2015 till date
Medicines are not provided to patient without doctors advice. Only one day Medicine i.e. 3 to 2
tablet as recommendation of OSHAS.
Previously there was five types of Vitamin Tablet but in new list we only procuring one type of
good quality multivitamin tablet and give patient only two tablet of vitamin.
Some of the medicines we are procuring as combined drugs, cost wise and result wise more
effective but less costly.
Now at present we are not given full bottle of cough Syrup to a patient. Only one dose is being
given at present.
Some of the costly antibiotics tablets are replaced by new effective antibiotic tablets whose side
effect is very less and cost wise much cheaper than previous tablets.
The cost difference is Approximately 6 Rs per tablet.

Sampark
To provide effective communication platform to the employees and management, the concept of
open discussion has been launched. As the objective suggests, this has been coined with the term
SAMPARK. This shall bring transparency and one on one opportunity to share thoughts and ideas
to the management to keep the professional objectives clear.
SAMPARK will focus on following:
• Challenges faced at the plant
• Information related to production
• The change and exchange of ideas
• Sharing of thoughts/Issues by the participants
The meeting was held on 04.04.2015 & 11.04.2015 at the Auditorium where Asst Managers and
above were invited for an open discussion. Not less than 65 employees attended the program to
give their feedback in shaping a better company.
