To ensure quality of finished goods as per standard throw Daily taste evaluation.
Making sure that all the final products meets its standards support by PARLE PRODUCTS Private
limited.
Make sure that all incoming goods / Raw Materials / Packaging Materials / Process Materials meet its
quality standards.
Monitoring and ensuring quality control activities across all manufacturing locations.
Maintenance of production as per food safety norms & conditions of HACCP, ensuring the adherence to
the quality SOP.
Perform quality, GMP, Hygiene audits at manufacturing locations.

2. Handle customer complaints, perform Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent
reoccurrence.
Gain people commitment through 5S, culture of driving OPL and Kaizen process.
Training & Development of subordinate for more production with minimum wastage, HACCP, FSSAI,
5 s etc.
Participation in trouble shooting activities of shop floor training & controlling / monitoring work of
supervisors, staff.
Identification of training needs of employees.
Management review meeting will ensure that suitable corrective and preventive actions are being taken.
Record keeping & documentation such as FIVE S, HACCP, QUALITY.
To prepare of SOP, SSOP for production area.
To ensure the physical parameter of packed biscuit (such as Weight, leak test, off center, gusseting, long
sealing, side sealing, white line tapering ,stamping , sealing, tapping).
To ensure out SMP, RBDO Adulteration Analysis as per FSSAI NORMS.
Ensure that entire Process control & KREAMS CHOCOLATE as per PARLE quality standards.
Evaluation of market sample & counter sample on monthly basis.
Maintaining the records of all testing, specification, summary report of supplier
FOOD SAFTY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (HACCP) Team member at present also
Maintaining the hygienic condition of process area.
Timely cleaning of all magnets, Metal detectors and check their effectiveness & action taken if found
any deviation immediately.
Covering of all raw materials to be insured use after sieving or filtration.
All the filter jail (Mesh) used for the raw material preparation to be checked and cleaned timely.
Conduct internal quality audit on monthly basis. & management review meeting.
Validation of control measure & Traceability & product recall.
Established critical control point & monitoring, validation of it.
HACCP Improvement such as more focus on GMP, GSP, GHP, FIFO system, Plant hygiene.
Provide Training to all team mates’ on Quality/Safety/Process/Hygiene/HACCP/
