Meal rate increased from the month of Sept,2013 due to addition of LPG cost on the user head.
No. of meals decreased from the month of October,13 which resulted hike in meal rate .
Hike in LPG rate from the month of October also resulted increase in meal rate.

10. Expenses of all Guest Houses
Expenses include : House Rent, Fooding, Maintenance, Manpower & Security, Electricity and TV recharge .
Total expenses decreased in the 4th quarter due to less in House Rent
Fooding expenses has not been added in Transit G.H, Amalapada where as all the fooding expenses have been added in MTT Hostel resulting
expenses hike.
Expenses under fooding head are being recovered from employees in the next monthly.

13. Guest House Initiatives
Guest House Initiatives taken recently
 Grievance Registered is being started since last two months in MTT Hostel and Amalapada
Guest House.
 In view of heavy cost towards Transit G.H & VIP G.H. we are searching for new Houses with
same facility for New Guest House.
Initiatives taken in the Month of April, 2014
Process is going on to surrender one Electricity Connection of Transit G.H, Amalapada vide
consumer No. 01411067
Tube lights are being replaced with CFL Bulb in Transit G.H, Amalapada & VIP G.H.,
Mishrapada.
 First Aid Box will be kept in all the Guest Houses.
