9. Welfare amenities:
• Canteen: We have provided two canteen inside the plant where All
workers are taking their lunch, breakfast & snaks etc.
• First Aid Facility ( dispensary):There is a first aid center consisting
one MBBS doctor & two pharmacist supported by an ambulance van
for providing medical service to workers as well as villagers. The
contact no of ambulance has been distributed & pasted every where
in side the plant so that people will excess the facility easily.
• Installation of First Aid box: We have installed FIRST AID BOX
every where in the plant with basic medicines.
• Ambulance: We have provided two ambulances one small and one
big along with three drivers for providing round the clock service.
• Latrines & Urinals: We have provided latrines & urinals in different
locations of labour hutment for refreshment of the workforces.
10. Welfare amenities:
• Water Sprinkling : In order to prevent the dust insie our plant we have taken a
precautionary measure of sprinkling water in side the plant twice a day i.e. once in
morning time & once in noon time. we are keeping the environment of the plant
congenial for working.
• Drinking water facility: We have installed earthen pitchers at different locations
of plant for providing cold dinking water to all the workers.
• Rest room: We have installed so many rest rooms location wise i.e electrical,
mechanical ,civil, coal washery etc. with electricity & drinking water facility at our
plant site so that workers, supervisors & manager will take rest.
• Labour Hutment: We have provided full faced labour hutment with electricity,
drinking water, play ground washing bathing tank facility in side our plant.
•
• Entertainment Programme: We have provided every week film show program at
labour hutment.
• Celebration of festivals: We celibate Vishwakarma puja,Holi, with the all workers
& supervisors.
11. House keeping of labour colony
The house keeping of the labour colony is being conducted
by us twice in a month. All the wastages has been
destroyed and burnt to keep the environment clean.
We have also maintained a garden in middle of the labour
colony which helps to keep the area clean and breath.
There is provision for cleaning the drains across the colony
and throwing the wastages through drains.
