TOBACCO
“Quitting smoking is easy. I’ve done it
          hundreds of times!”
             Mark Twain
The R.J. Reynolds Family Tree

“My name is Patrick Reynolds.
My grandfather, R. J. Reynolds, founded the tobacco

company that makes Camels, Winston's, and Salem's.

We’ve all heard the tobacco industry say smoking doesn’t
cause health problems. We’ll, they ought to look at the R. J.
Reynolds’ family tree!!

My grandfather chewed tobacco and died of cancer.
My father smokes heavily and died of emphysema.
My mother smoked and had emphysema and heart disease.
My two aunts, also heavy smokers, died of emphysema.
Currently, three of my older brothers who smoke have
emphysema.
I smoked for 10 years, and now I have something called,
“small-airways lung disease.
Do you really think the tobacco companies are being
truthful?”
