most suitable for use
approaches to indexing particularly in the context of higher
education
the role of caching, the issues and problems surrounding it, and
aspects of helping users cope with caching

Feedback to Janet cache to investigate poss. of searchable form for
non-cachable items and software developments to allow caching on
IP-authenticated sites, and to improve error message page for users
Full day regional workshops to give advice and guidance on managing
content - keeping it up-to-date, managing flow and templating -
Manchester, London, Birmingham, Glasgow were suggested as
locations
Netskills courses for both Databases and Content Management were
recommended
