What is it?
General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR, is a
regulation that will apply to all businesses that handle
personal data of EU residents from 25th of May 2018.
Why does it matter?
As “controllers” (collectors) of personal data,
Educational Centers will have to be compliant with
the regulation. Controllers must:
• Know how this data is used by third parties
• Ensure that the data subject is aware about all the
processing done with his data
• Ensuring the security of this data
• Being aware of all data processing activities
What is itslearning doing about GDPR?
itslearning will be fully compliant with the regulation
prior to May 25, 2018.
Itslearning will give all our customers full confidence
in our data handling processes and procedures:
