This document describes the Index of Physical Efficiency test to evaluate physical fitness across six areas: speed, jumping ability, flexibility, arm strength, endurance, and abdominal strength. The test consists of trials for each area with performance on a 6-point scale from minimum to outstanding. Points are totaled and compared to age-based standards to assess overall physical fitness. Performance is measured objectively, such as number of jumps or time hanging from a bar. This allows students to evaluate their physical fitness levels over time by repeating the test and monitoring their progress.

Warming up prepares the body for physical activity by gradually increasing load on key systems over multiple stages. It starts with light movement and increases intensity, including coordination, stretching, and relaxation exercises. The stages progress from marching and jogging to more targeted joint and muscle warmups and stretches, followed by specialist exercises similar to the main activity but at lower intensity. Proper warm up provides physiological and performance benefits such as increased blood flow, flexibility, attention, and injury prevention.
The document discusses a design strategy and method in 3 sections. It first covers design, then strategy, and finally method, but provides no other details on the specific contents or topics of each section.

It contains over 7,000 chemicals, many of which are carcinogenic, and can cause health issues affecting nearly every organ system. Non-smokers often choose not to date smokers due to the cosmetic effects like bad breath, stained teeth, and smoking odor on clothes and hair.

3. Italian and Polish
connections in Cracow
Poles have long been inspired by Italians.
In Cracow, we owe a lot to artists from Italy.
Polish and Italian connections date back to the
times of Polish state baptism. Our country ruled
by Mieszko I was highly influenced by Christian
culture. The new religion motivated people to
travel to Rome- the religious seat of the Pope.
The trail to the Holy land led across Italy.
In the later Middle Ages contacts with the Italians
became much more intense- it was more
common for young Cracow Academy graduates
to leave their country to continue education at
universities in Bologna and Padua.
6. Many Italians came to Poland, among them a famous poet and writer Callimachus.
He taught the sons of the King Kazimierz Jagiellonczyk.
In 1507 Sigismund started to rebuild his royal seat in the spirit of the Renaissance.
Two Italians: Francesco Fiorentino and Bartolommeo Berrecci
supervised the work which lasted over 30 years.
7. SIGISMUND CHAPEL
Giovanni Cini and Gianmaria Padovano
helped to construct a mausoleum for the family of Sigismund.
Today the Sigismund Chapel is regarded as the masterpiece of Polish Renaissance.

10. BONA SFORZA
In 1518 Bona Sforza arrived in Poland
and she became the second wife of the King Sigismund the Old.
Bona brought with her about 280 compatriots,
who started their families here.
In tenement house Montelupich on the Main Market Square,
called „Italian House” the first Polish post office was located
(connection Cracow – Venice every 15 days, Cracow – Vilnius every 17 days)
The King received letters every 7 days when he stayed on territory of Poland
and every 21 days, when he was on territory of Lithuania).
In 16 th century the tenement house Montelupich was rebuilt by architects:
Guicciardiniego i Ferrovore.
Bona Sforza brought also new customs and cuisine:
lettuce, cauliflower, beans, tomatoes, melons, pasta, noodles and brawn.
12. MAIN SQUARE
on the right MONTELUPICH TOWNHOUSE
on the left CLOTH HALL
in the middle St. Mary’s Basilica
In 1978 UNESCO placed the Main Square as part of the Old Town Kraków
and on the list of World Heritage Sites.
13. CLOTH HALL
In 1555 the Cloth Hall was distroyed by fire .
In 1556 two Italian artists were engaged in the renovation of the Cloth Hall:
Santi Gucci and Padovano.
14.
15.
16. Another Italian artist was Francesco Placidi,
whom we owe the facade of Pijarow church and the Bonifratrow church.
17. What is left after Italian artists is also vocabulary
closely connected with architecture and painting:
pałac, reduta, sufit, rotunda, panorama.
Today Italian style is back on top
and inspires when it comes to cuisine and fashion.

do Ziemi Świętej.
• Również młodzi mężczyźni po ukończeniu Akademii
Krakowskiej, wyjeżdżali uczyć się na uniwersytetach w
Bolonii i Padwie.
• Także do Polski przybywało wielu Włochów.
W Krakowie osiadł słynny poeta i prozaik Kallimach, który
uczył synów Króla Kazimierza Jagiellończyka.
19. WAWEL
• W 1507 r. Zygmunt Stary zaczął przebudowę Wawelu w duchu renesansu,
dzięki czemu zyskał on charakterystyczne krużganki i piękne wnętrza. Nad
trwającymi 30 lat pracami czuwało dwóch Włochów: Francesco Fiorentino i
Bartolommeo Berrecci.
20. Po śmierci pierwszej żony(1515 r.) Król postanowił wybudować dla swojej
rodziny mauzoleum. W budowie pomagali m.in.:
Giovani Cini i Gianmaria Padovano.
Guicciardiniego i Ferrovore.
Francesco Placidi. Miasto zawdzięcza mu m.in.:
fasadę kościoła Pijarów i kościół Bonifratrów.
23. SUKIENNICE
• W roku 1555 spłonęły gotyckie Sukiennice, a rok później rozpoczęto ich odnowę w
style renesansu. Pracami kierował mistrz Pankracy oraz dwóch Włochów:
florentyńczyk Santi Gucci oraz Padovano.
24. • W stylu barokowym tworzył Tommaso Dolabella. Malował na
zamówienie klasztorów: jezuitów, dominikanów, franciszkanów, a jego
sztuka miała ogromny wpływ na prace polskich artystów.
• Również w słownictwie związanym z architekturą i malarstwem
odnajdziemy wpływy włoskie: pałac, reduta, sufit, rotunda, panorama.
Dziś Włochy znów inspirują –
nie tylko modowo, ale także kulinarnie.
