This document advocates for creating a mobile cluster between Finland and Israel to promote cooperation between their high-tech industries. It notes that Finland and Israel are well-matched partners because they both have small home markets driven by technology and biotech R&D, with global companies and many small and medium sized firms that target markets in the US and Asia. The document proposes establishing this cluster by having joint events at Mobile World Conferences, forming an alliance to enhance ICT cooperation, and building models like the NEST innovation center in New York to collaborate in the future.
