Project Philosophy
As your Order Maestro, I take on your challenges, whether short or long-term in
duration, with initiative and creativity. I come with an understanding of your
operations but am free of its “business as usual” limitations.

Return on Investment Philosophy
As your Order Maestro, I will not accept a project without establishing with you
the value of the completed project. This value must well exceed my fees. This
step is often the most complex part of our partnership. Once we reach this
agreement, we will have forged a solid foundation that will enable us to
accomplish your goals with joy and satisfaction for all involved.
What I Do
•   Work with already successful people that are interested in moving to
    their next level of performance
•   Work with individuals and organizations: senior leaders, emerging
    leaders, managers, teams, entrepreneurs and individuals taking on
    unprecedented challenges
•   Work on your ability to generate, to create and to invent what was
    not there before
•   Focus on the challenge, rigorously clarifying the deepest issues with
    courage, compassion and skill, and then get down to the business of
    delivering the ideal client outcome

    issues and for delivering measurable results
•   Talk straight and steer the course by “ground truth”, a measure of
    reality free of vested opinions and past conditioning
Who is Jo Anne Miller?
Jo Anne Miller founded The Order Maestro in 2008 in response to the requests of her former clients
and friends. “We have worked with lots of folks since working with you, and we cannot find anyone
with the same ability to get to the heart of the matter and get the job done. Will you do it again just
this once?” Well, it wasn’t just once, and the rest is history. Working as The Order Maestro has
allowed Jo Anne to expand her coaching repertoire. In addition to the business and leadership
coaching that Jo Anne has done since 1984, she has added systems coaching for small businesses and
life coaching for people making career changes, solo-preneurs ready to develop their teams and
careerists shifting priorities to home and family. Before founding The Order Maestro, Jo Anne worked
as an organizational consultant, trainer and executive coach. She spent seven years working as a
consultant in Strategic Implementation and Strategic Alliance formation for large organizations. She has
consulted, coached and conducted training programs throughout North America, Europe, the United
Kingdom, Australia and Asia.

Working with CEO’s Managing Directors, Project Managers, Project Teams and her own team of
consultant/coaches, Jo Anne has supported her clients in delivering strategically important results
beyond what the organization has ever achieved before. Jo Anne has designed and delivered training in
leadership development, team building, conflict resolution and strategic communication, all in service of
the unpredictable results desired by her clients.

The consulting engagements managed by Jo Anne have covered many industries: Oil and Gas,

Prior to her consulting work, Jo Anne served as Total Quality Manager for a multinational insurance
brokerage firm. She also held senior management positions in both sales and account service. Her
front line attention to the needs and service requirements of Fortune 500 companies was the
cornerstone of her insurance brokerage career, acknowledged by sales, service and “Insurance Woman
of the Year” awards. Jo Anne brings her experience as a successful manager and coach, her passion
