This document describes the design and development of a moss removal machine. The machine uses rotating brushes powered by a battery-operated DC motor to scrub moss off surfaces. A secondary brush pushes the removed moss into a collection tray. The machine is portable and requires less human effort than traditional moss removal methods. It provides an efficient and chemical-free way to remove moss and keep surfaces dry to prevent slipping.

This project is about finding a real time solution for the problems caused by the chalk pieces used in the class room. To overcome the problems that are faced daily by the students and faculty, the project entitled „BLACKBOARD CLEANING AID‟ has been suggested to automatically erase the blackboard. It is seen that while cleaning the board, faculty and students often have to cover their mouth with one hand while cleaning the blackboard. So we decided to implement our course study and some extra knowledge and with the help of electrical and mechanical concept our project came into picture. The project can clean the blackboard automatically and reduces the time consumed by in hand erasing. As the name suggests our project basically works on combined principles of mechanical and brief knowledge of electronics. The instrument moves forward and backward erasing the board and collecting the dust automatically from the erasing material due to the rotation of the roller. This project is implemented to make human work easier and can reduce the use of human power because of its potential applications. Thus the device avoids the dust flow in the environment and thereby providing good solution for the problems faced by the student, faculty and other electronic equipments that are used inside the class room in a cost effective and time efficient way.

It requires a skilled person to operate as there are weeds and unwanted crops on the field which may consume the nutritious elements which are intended for the crop that is to be grown. The main objective of the project is to develop weed removing vehicle to clean and uproot the unwanted grass and weeds, which is powered by a single cylinder 2-stroke petrol engine (100cc) which is manually operated. So, here we have designed and fabricated a vehicle which would uproot the weeds and unwanted crops from the field completely. The weed removing vehicle is capable of uprooting the weeds and unwanted crops from small plantations (tobacco, chilly, groundnut etc,) which if not removed would deteriorate the quality as well as the quantity of the main crop. The vehicles and machines which are presently available are very costly and unaffordable. Also, the vehicles and machines that are used cause damage to the main crop since their turning radius are more. This weed removing vehicle has a set of four wheels, two front wheels with drum brakes and two rear wheels attached to a dead axle where the front wheels are powered with a single cylinder 2-stroke 100cc petrol engine with the help of constant mesh gearbox and chain drive. The blade used to uproot the weeds is adjustable. The turning radius of this vehicle is also very small as compared to the machines available in the market. Also, this vehicle can be easily operated by the unskilled person without any difficulty. The speed of the vehicle can also be controlled easily since it has a constant mesh gearbox and a supporting pair of the chain drive. This vehicle will be very useful for the farmers who cannot afford the high price of currently available vehicles. Also, the maintenance cost is low for this vehicle.

The Losses are due to some of the following reasons, total loss of 26% from Crop Diseases, total loss of 20% from Insects and Worms, total loss of 6% from Rats.
Weeding control is done by mechanical weeding, thermal weeding: flaming, biological control, chemical control, and by the farming pattern. It has always been a problem to successfully and completely remove weeds and other innocuous plants. In this project, mechanical weeder is designed and erected to remove the weed completely

Engine is to be set for effective weeding operation.
Profile of the weed remover blades should be Optimized. wheel with buttons should be used for easy movement of the machine over the mud.
The weight of the weeder can be reduced by using lightweight materials and by reducing the size of wheel.
Since the weeder was designed for low cost, the weeder was made manual but it can be made automatic by placing a motor.

Hence to reduce the human efforts the power operated machine is designed and developed. So the new power operated de husking machine works on the principle of gear mechanism. Here the labor efforts are reduced and the time consumption for the de hushing is also reduced.
Wastewater is characterized as the stream of utilized water from homes, organizations, ventures, business exercises and foundations which are subjected to the treatment plants by a precisely planned and built system of funnels. There are no occasions for wastewater treatment, and most plants work 24 hours each day of the week. In previous experiments, dust accumulation for the solar panels has been investigated for a long period of time which is approximately one year [1]. The experiments have been done in different countries which have climate conditions of the dusty weather. Those countries are Iraq, Egypt and UAE. The solar panels were never cleaned, firstly for one month, secondly for two months and so on. The results were there was a decreasing in the transmittance of the solar panels, which is emphasize the effect of accumulated dust, even though the changing in the tilt angel which is in conjunction with the dust deposition on the panels. A well designed auto cleaning system to clean the solar panels will be added to the panels to keep the transmittance of the solar planes fixed approximately and to reduce the cost- of periodic cleaning

To overcome this water pollution our project “Solar Based Garbage Cleaning Boat” is very helpful by collecting the garbage which are floating on the surface of water by a conveyor belt mechanism and put down in the trash collector. This project is very efficient and work on the solar energy no external power supply is required. We have battery to store the energy and used this energy for cleaning water surface. The main aim of this project is to minimize the manpower and time taken for cleaning the water bodies.

This paper describes about the design and fabrication of automatic drain cleaner. There are a large number of machines used for removing out the wastes from drains. Nowadays, automation plays a vital role in all industrial applications. The automatic drain cleaner can be used in domestic, industry, large plants, irrigation and drainage cleaning system. In order to overcome the problems in manual drain cleaning, Automatic Drain Cleaning System is implemented to clean and control the drainage level. Every automatic drain cleaner has four main components, namely DC motor, 12 V battery, chain drives and shafts. The rotational speed of the drive shaft is 26 rpm. But in this paper, only shaft design is calculated. The required power from a motor to drive this shaft is 60 W. In designing shaft, chain tension, sprocket load and bearing load are taken into account and also bending moment and torque are included. Hierarchical Digital Twin of a Naval Power SystemKerry Sado
A hierarchical digital twin of a Naval DC power system has been developed and experimentally verified. Similar to other state-of-the-art digital twins, this technology creates a digital replica of the physical system executed in real-time or faster, which can modify hardware controls. However, its advantage stems from distributing computational efforts by utilizing a hierarchical structure composed of lower-level digital twin blocks and a higher-level system digital twin. Each digital twin block is associated with a physical subsystem of the hardware and communicates with a singular system digital twin, which creates a system-level response. By extracting information from each level of the hierarchy, power system controls of the hardware were reconfigured autonomously. This hierarchical digital twin development offers several advantages over other digital twins, particularly in the field of naval power systems. The hierarchical structure allows for greater computational efficiency and scalability while the ability to autonomously reconfigure hardware controls offers increased flexibility and responsiveness. The hierarchical decomposition and models utilized were well aligned with the physical twin, as indicated by the maximum deviations between the developed digital twin hierarchy and the hardware.
