This document contains the Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (IPCRF) Development Plan of Cabotonan High School in Camarines Sur, Philippines. The plan outlines the school's strengths and needs for development, along with action plans, timelines, and resources needed to achieve learning objectives. Functional competencies from the RPMS-PPST and core behavioral competencies from the e-SAT are reviewed. Strategies are proposed to apply successful teaching strategies, adapt culturally appropriate practices, and develop ideas/solutions to improve productivity. Feedback will be provided by the teacher, school head, and division superintendent.
