For each strength, interventions are proposed which include conducting monthly classroom observations and providing technical assistance before and after each observation. The timeline for implementation is 2019-2020 and resources needed include observation notes, reading materials, lesson plans, and instructional technology. The overall goal is to monitor teaching strategies, classroom management skills, use of assessments, and other competencies through regular observations and feedback.
