12. Group Therapy
 One or more therapists treat a small group of
clients together in a group
 This type of therapy is not the first option, since
there can be trust issues, sharing intimate
information with strangers.
 People in group therapy improve not only from
the interventions of the therapist, but also from
observing others in the group and receiving
feedback from group members. It has several
advantages, although it does not provide the
one-to-one attention.
 By seeing how others handle similar problems,
the patient can add new coping methods to his or
her behaviors.
