Make it easier, safer and more productive for companies to navigate, integrate, consume, extend
and maintain business application as a service.

The need: the consumer may need to access an array of cloud services from multiple providers to
deliver a complete solution. The actual solution assets may reside within the domain of multiple
cloud services providers.

We do many of the same things that a traditional IT services provider does in a service aggregator
role, but we also address additional complexities.

We will play a crucial role in cloud services consumption delivering value like services functionality
enrichment, mitigation of risk, management of compliance, verification, auditability of a
service, Integrating diverse cloud services and manage services consume.
Our Market


Gartner is projecting that the Cloud Services Brokerage (CSB) market will be worth over $100B by
2015, and will be the fastest growing segment within cloud computing overall.

We add value to the services being consumed. That value can take many forms or be delivered in
combinations of services.

• Any cloud service has the potential for needing a cloud brokerage to add value to it.
• Any cloud services consumer has the potential need for a broker to act on its behalf to gain added
value.
• Any combination of cloud services or consumption scenarios potentially needs brokerage to ensure
a level of satisfactory outcome.

Because of these three basic areas of potential need, we acts much like an add-on, or accessory
market for cloud computing.
As is well-known, many markets have shown that more money is to be made selling the accessories
for a given device or service than was made in the original sale.
