I joined Paragon Costructors PVT LTD Karachi Pakistan
on 28th September 2016. The GM Engr.ZahoorShah
assignedme with the siteengineer on their on-going
project BahriaGrand .Mosquein Bahria Town Karachi
Section of the company I have been work
My hosting company is working on several projects in
the country. I was appointedin BahriaTown site
which is almost 35km away from Karachi city center.
Our hosting company was a contractor it has so many
responsibilities.Firstthe accountant compute bidfor
their drawing after they selected by client they supply
a working drawing like structuraldrawing, sanitary
drawing, electrical drawing in one copy based on the
agreement and the total project cost(bill of quantity)
for the client after they officially announced the
contractor. Then constructionbegins starting from
mobilization and office building.

Batching Plant Inspection:
Batching Plant produces Ready mix concrete.
It is operated by a technician in control room located near
plant.
Crush stone, sand and cement added in plant with proper
weight through conveyor belt.
Water is then added.

Compression Test is done to find out the bearing capacity of
concrete mix design
Cylinders or Cubical design of concrete are use in testing.
It is performed before concrete start on site.
Several tests are conducted after 7, 14 and 28 days

Conclusion:
We were appointed on Bahria grand mosque. We were asked to
perform different task. The staff of Paragon Constructors were so
friendly and helpful and do listen to new generation ideas.
We did enjoy our work with learning experience, and we thanked all
engineers’ staff and workers who helped me.
