great reputation, they have grown year on year and currently boast a turnover of 216 million
Euros.

The Role

Due to development within the company, there is now a requirement for an Internal Sales
Engineer to join their team at the Head Office in West Sussex. This is an office-based role,
and as part of a strong sales team, you will handle incoming customer enquiries by
telephone, e-mail or fax. You will also work in partnership with the external Field Sales
Engineers, providing sales support where required.

Primary Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

        •   Answering general/technical questions and offering advice, assistance and
            support.
        •   The preparation of quotations
        •   Promoting the wide range of products and services to generate new and support
            existing business
        •   Liaising with Projects Manager & Technical Managers regarding technical
            questions
        •   Generating necessary and associated paperwork in respect to quotations and
            orders
        •   Following up on all quotations under the value of £5,000.00
        •   General office duties as required.

The Candidate

In order to be considered for this role, candidates would need:

        •   To be PC literate
        •   To have a fundamental understanding of BS EN ISO 9001:2000 procedures
        •   A good understanding of level control systems in general
        •   The ability to perform calmly and accurately whilst under pressure
        •   Good communication skills with the ability to speak technically
        •   To be able to work within the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2008.
