I am writing to express my interest for the above mentioned position you as recently advertised.
During my thirty years in the industry, I have worked across various electrical systems and have an advanced
working knowledge of all technical components. My experience has included Electrical Instrumentation,
commissioning, fault finding, panel wiring, construction and installation, management of other electricians and
subcontractors, reading and interpretation of specifications and drawings, EEHA inspections, and liaison with
contractors, foremen, project managers and others within the construction industry and most recently the
Eurombah Creek Gas Plant and Spring Gully Gas Plant & Orana Gas Plant Train no1 & no2. I hold a current
Electrical A Grade License (EW109322) a Cert III & IV Instrumentation Engineering. Over the years, I have
gained not only technical expertise but also solid experience as a Electrical Instrumentation Technician, I have
completed numerous training and certificates as per my attached CV. I also have advanced knowledge of
industry standards and regulations.I am an organised and committed leader, as well as a strong team player. I
have a proven track record of delivering excellent work to tight deadlines whilst adhering to OH&S standards
and undertaking safe work practices. I pride myself on the quality of my work and my communication skills
and positive attitude mean I am able to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues, and maintain effective
working relationships.I believe the following attributes are the key elements to managing and operating a safe
working environment: Strong focus on OH&S policies and procedures – Health & Safety for myself and others
is top priority, Good Communication; the most common reason projects fail is due to poor or breakdowns in
communication. Being and encouraging being a team player. This creates an environment of involvement and
