Inbound Sales Advisor
Selsey, West Sussex
£17k - £18k + Bonus, Onsite gym, Healthcare, Pension.
Our client are now looking for an Inbound Sales Advisor to join the team at their Head Office
in Selsey, West Sussex. Reporting to the Sales Team leader, you will secure additional
revenue through selling membership subscriptions to prospective members by securing
appointments on the telephone on behalf of Membership Consultants, ensure existing
customers expectations are met and Support the Senior Membership Enquires Advisor in the
delivery and achievement of team KPI’s and business objectives.
Your key reponsibilities will include:
• Identifying sales opportunities
• Effectively arranging appointments by telephone
• Securing new business by effectively closing sales
• Assisting in the achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets
• Adhering to company sales deadlines
• Maintaining an accurate record of individual work
• Assisting in the delivery of individual and team KPIs
• Handling Inbound membership enquiries
• Converting enquiries into appointments for Membership Consultants
• Handling requests via web submissions and telephone
• Outbound calling to warm leads to generate brand interest
• Perform other adhoc duties at the request on the Management Team
To be successful in this role, you must be confident and comfortable with speaking to
potential and exisiting customers and also possess an excellent telephone manner. You will
have a high level or organisation and be able to follow up on sales opportunities.
