Facility Coordinator

CLIENT: AUTODESK

Reports to:      Bay Area Facility Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

    o   Provides support for guests, visitors, and employees at Autodesk locations.
    o   Maintains sites in highest standards for organization, orderliness, cleanliness, and
        aesthetics.
    o   Acts as primary backup for all receptionists for emergencies, visitor assistance, vendor
        assistance, access clearance, deliveries, and access badge issues.
    o   Assists with receiving and dispatching of work requests to technical staff, vendors or
        Landlords providers as necessary.
    o   Supports or resolves problems associated with all building services including: copiers,
        janitorial, food service, coffee services, parking, vending, access badges, office moves,
        inter-office transportation of equipment, as well as interior and exterior furnishings,
        fixtures, signage and equipment.
    o   Supports special events, meetings, and TelePresence calls. Support includes furniture,
        audio visual set-ups, in addition to other support as needed.
    o   Proactively coordinates all day-to-day facilities operations, working directly with on-site
        administrative support for Autodesk and/or property management groups.
    o   Inventory and stock office supplies, copy paper, and conference room supplies on a daily
        basis.
    o   Places corrective work orders as necessary and as part of Daily Inspections.
    o   Supports special projects as assigned.
    o   Monitor Action Requests (Work Orders) to ensure all are assigned, responded to, and
        completed in accordance with the Key Performance Indicators as described in the Service
        Level Agreement with Autodesk.
    o   Provides preventive maintenance support and maintains records for work completed in
        Facility360.
    o   Performs other duties as assigned.


Position Specifications:

    o   Education - High school diploma or equivalent
    o   Superior customer service skills and orientation
    o   Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations
    o   Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision
    o   Proficient in MS Office, and possess strong written, verbal and people skills
    o   Strong organizational skills and collaborative style needed
    o   Capable of lifting at least 50 lbs and using ladders up to 6 feet
    o   Has valid motor vehicle driver’s license
    o   Ability and willingness to complete physically oriented work, participate in 24/7 – on call
        rotation, work a flexible schedule and overtime as necessary
    o   Proficient with using hand and power tools
