- Inward inspection of Materials and Review of Material Test reports as per code

Fittingsand Assembled jobs, Formed products etc.)Preparation of Receipt Inspection
Reports for the Raw materials.
 To monitor the Machining process from all aspects to ensure performance meets job
quality and design requirements in accordance with Company procedures and international
standards
 To coordinate with clients to undertake Procedure Qualification Tests (PQT) and
inspections of prepared test specimens and witness destructive tests
 To conduct fit up and dimension inspections as per Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and to
provide technical guidance for Machining sequence and distortion control
 Supervising and lead the group of inspection to carry out incoming, in process and Final
Dimensional inspection to meet costumer spec and ISO recruitment.
 To prepare all equipment punch lists and verifies all items are in place and act as an agent
for the Company during punch list activity.
