3. ELECTRICAL CONTROLS ENGINEER Electrical Engineer with strong controls background. Will be involved in programming, design and start up. Candidates should have thorough knowledge in PLC programming, preferably with Rockwell ControlLogix, GE and Siemens. 4. ELECTRONIC ASSEMBLER/TECHNICIAN Experience with electromechanical assembly, soldering, wiring, using hand and power tools, reading blueprints/schematics/diagrams. Technical schooling a plus. Shift is 6AM-2:30PM. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. GAUGE CALIBRATION TECHNICIAN The ideal candidate should have: quality inspection experience, ability to calibrate analog calipers, micrometers, and depth mics, good math skills, good computer skills, mechanically inclined and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and meet high productivity goals. Metrology certification/training a plus. MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER Requires good mechanical aptitude and experience in a manufacturing environment assembling mechanical parts by hand. PROCESS ENGINEER Responsibilities: Specification and selection of the proper chemical process for a particular application, performing process calculations to determine the key parameters for the design of the engineered system, technical review of mechanical design drawings, writing the process descriptions, and review of the system design to insure proper fail safe operation.
