A mother, with new born baby if needs to be away from baby due to employment, household work, shopping, etc. in that case health status intensifies the stress for mothers. The number of approx. 7,00,000 life births in the world is overshadowed by a large number of infant deaths for various reasons like apparently life threatening events (ALTE) or sudden infants death syndrome (SIDS). Continues monitoring of physiological parameters and notification updates is need of current scenario. Child health status is important aspect and health monitoring system is ultimate solution for that. The new era wearable technologies can be easily adoptable for monitoring systems. Wearable health monitoring system with fully integrated sensors can sense the physiological parameters and accordingly, synchronize the real time data to user application. The mobile application will help user to get real time body temperature and heartbeat count of the baby. It will also provide health and report analysis as well as emergency notifications.
Childbirth is generally time of joy for parents and families. As per the medical reports each year 4 million newborns die within 28 days of birth and more suffer from disability, disease, infection and injury. The enabling environment for safe childbirth depends on the care and attention required to newborns by health personnel and the availability of adequate health-care facilities, equipment, and medicines and emergency care when needed. Neonatal monitoring refers to the monitoring of vital physiological parameters of premature infants. Continuous health monitoring of the neonates provides crucial parameters for early detection of adverse events. Health monitoring for the neonates provides crucial parameters for urgent diagnoses and corresponding medical procedures, subsequently increasing the survival rates. In the present paper, we propose a proto type design of a neonatal monitoring system. The system is designed and integrated with different health measurement and display devices. The prototype design is very much useful for monitor the physiological parameters of infants.

Intelligent Healthcare Monitoring in IoTIJAEMSJORNAL
The developing of IoT-based health care systems must ensure and increase the safety of the patients, their quality of life and other health care activities. We may not be aware of the health condition of the patient during the sleeping hours. To overcome this problem. This paper proposes an intelligent healthcare monitoring system which monitors and maintains the patient health condition at regular intervals. The heart rate sensor and temperature sensor would help us analyze the patients’ current health condition. In case of major fluctuations in consecutive intervals a buzzer is run in order to notify the hospital staff and doctors. The monitored details are stored in the cloud "ThingSpeak". The doctor can view the patient health condition using Virtuino simulator. This system would help in reducing the random risks of tracing a patient medical highly. Arduino UNO is used to implement this intelligent healthcare monitoring system.
DESIGN OF A SAFE AND SMART MEDICINE BOX ijbesjournal
This paperpresents an advanced medicine intake monitoring and control system. The proposed system consists on a smart medicine box that is designed to help patients taking their medications on time. Two main features are implemented during the design phase of this system: the first one is the safety feature that will alarm the patient in case of not taking and/or bad dosage taking for medication, will keep the medication out of reach of the children and will be used in case of failure of one of the system’s components whereas the second feature is the low cost of the system. This box will be linked to a phone
application that can signal several alarms mainly when the medications are about to finish, the patient forgets to take his medication or he (she) doesn’t take the required dose (or the required number of pills)… This system was tested over 30 different medications and when using ten different mobile phones by more than 25 patients and the results didn’t show any faulty alarms.
Secure and smart system for monitoring patients with critical casesnooriasukmaningtyas
Recently, heat-related diseases like COVID19, Chickenpox, Typhoid, and others are increasing significantly; therefore, the need for portable devices to measures the heat of the human body accurately, quickly, easily with low cost has become very necessary to preserve the life of patients. For this reason, a smart system has been developed to monitor the patient's heat, in addition to temperature and humidity of the critical environment such as surgical operating rooms, patients’ isolation rooms and pharmacies, because it can help propagate infectious agents like viruses and bacteria. The proposed system divided into four parts: transmitted part (arduino, heat sensor, and hygrometer sensor), alarm part consists of lights and alarm bell, emergency part (doctors and nurses), and the medical application has been used as the last part. The application can be used only by authorized persons and through the accounts which are granted to them, in order to protect the data from sabotage and maintain the privacy and confidentiality of it.
Caring jacket: health monitoring jacket integrated with the internet of thing...CSITiaesprime
One of the policies that have been made by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Indonesian government during this COVID-19 pandemic, is to use an oximeter for self-isolation patients. The oximeter is used to monitor the patient if happy hypoxia which is a silent killer, happens to the patient. To maintain body endurance, exercise is needed by COVID-19 patients, but doing too much exercise can also cause decreased immunity. That’s why fatigue level and exercise intensity need to be monitored. When exercising, social distancing protocol should be also reminded because can lower COVID-19 spreading up to 13.6%. To solve this issue, the Caring Jacket is proposed which is a health monitoring jacket integrated with an IoT system. This jacket is equipped with some sensors and the global positioning system (GPS) for tracking. The data from the test showed the temperature reading accuracy is up to 99.38%, the oxygen rate up to 97.31%, the beats per minute (BPM) sensor up to 97.82%, and the precision of all sensors is 97.00% compared with a calibrated device.

GSM technology is used to monitor the different parameters of an ICU patient remotely and also control over medicine dosage is provided. Measurements of vital signs and behavioral patterns can be translated into accurate predictors of health risk ,even at an early stage and can be combined with alarm triggering systems in order to initiate the appropriate actions. The conventional methods including wet adhesive Ag/AgCl electrodes for HR and HRV, the capnograph device for respiratory status and pulse oximetry for oxyhemoglobin saturation provide excellent signals but are expensive, troublesome and inconvenient. A method to monitor physiological information based on GSM offers a new means for health monitoring. In this paper, we review the latest developments in monitoring and discuss the challenges and future directions for this field.

Developing a smart system for infant incubators using the internet of things ...IJECEIAES
This research is developing an incubator system that integrates the internet of things and artificial intelligence to improve care for premature babies. The system workflow starts with sensors that collect data from the incubator. Then, the data is sent in real-time to the internet of things (IoT) broker eclipse mosquito using the message queue telemetry transport (MQTT) protocol version 5.0. After that, the data is stored in a database for analysis using the long short-term memory network (LSTM) method and displayed in a web application using an application programming interface (API) service. Furthermore, the experimental results produce as many as 2,880 rows of data stored in the database. The correlation coefficient between the target attribute and other attributes ranges from 0.23 to 0.48. Next, several experiments were conducted to evaluate the model-predicted value on the test data. The best results are obtained using a two-layer LSTM configuration model, each with 60 neurons and a lookback setting 6. This model produces an R 2 value of 0.934, with a root mean square error (RMSE) value of 0.015 and a mean absolute error (MAE) of 0.008. In addition, the R 2 value was also evaluated for each attribute used as input, with a result of values between 0.590 and 0.845.
M health an emerging trend an empirical studycsandit
The advent and advancement in technology specific to medical field has seen a migration of its
work across the globe, adapting higher and newer levels of m-health. Technology has been
successful in transforming the way traditional monitoring and alert system work to a modern
approach wherein minimizing the need for physical monitoring. Today, the field of healthcare
use varied monitoring systems to monitor the health of patients using ubiquitous and nonubiquitous
devices. These are sensor based devices that can read vital signs of patients and send
the data to the required personnel’s using mobile networks. This paper understands and
analyses how the monitoring and alert system works specific to m-health. m-health including
wearable and non-wearable devices read various vital signs and have the ability to monitor
health real-time and transfer the information collected using mobile network. m-health has
become an useful tool for elderly in this fast paced world where almost all the family members
are working or studying to keep track and maintain optimal health status. m-health alert system
involves the patient, the caretaker and medical service provider wherein the patient wears the
device and vital signs recorded are transferred the medical service provider who then analyses
the data collected and required changes in the medication are implemented. This paper
proposes a medical alert system that enlightens the capabilities of m-health making health
monitoring easy and reliable. It contains a three-level severity check and raises an alarm to the
caretaker, the physician or the ambulatory service provider.
Smart health monitoring system using IoT based smart fitness mirrorTELKOMNIKA JOURNAL
The smart fitness mirror proposed in this researchaims to provide the users with a platform to monitor their health and fitness status on a daily basis. The system employs a number of sensors to monitor the body mass index (BMI) and amount of body fat present in the user’s body. A weight scale consisting of four load sensors has been implemented to obtain the weight of the user whereas an ultrasonic sensor has been used to measure the height of the user. In addition, four electrode plates have been implemented on the foot weight scale to infuse a small amount of electric current (1mA) for BIA (bioelectrical impedance analysis) to estimate the amount of body fat percentage, lean body mass and total body water. An IR temperature sensor has been implemented in the research to measure the temperature of the user’s body from the forehead. Tests conducted on the system illustrate that it is able to accurately compute the body mass index and perform a bioelectrical impedance analysis on the user. The system is able to achieve a 92.5 % and 93.7 % accuracy in determining the body mass index and body fat percentage respectively. An accuracy of 95.3 % was observed in the determination of the body temperature.

Evaluation on a Promising Natural Cellulose Fiber- Calotropis Gigantea FiberCrimsonpublishersTTEFT
Calotropis gigantea fiber is a kind of natural cellulose fiber that regains increasing attention nowadays, thus it is evaluated here aiming to replace cotton or kapok fibers to some extent. New discoveries are found about its morphological structure, indicating that it has sharper, closed tip and coarser, open end, and that it usually has 4-6 grooves along its longitudinal axis, with fully distributed microvillus on its surface. The FTIR spectrum shows the fiber mainly contain cellulose, lignin and hemi-cellulose component. X-ray diffraction analysis shows that the fiber has higher crystallinity in comparison with kapok fiber. In term of breaking strength, the fiber is obvious lower than cotton fiber and a little higher than kapok fiber. Furthermore, the fiber has good water absorbing and releasing capability, implying it has excellent water transmissivity.
Green Processing of Dyes: Influence on Physico- Mechanical Properties, Color ...CrimsonpublishersTTEFT
The present article describes the role of dyes in enhancing the various properties of fibers along with their brief history and the recent methodologies used to minimize their negative impact on environmental safety. Since primitive age, natural dyes were used as coloring agents in textile industry. Later, in nineteenth century, synthetic dyes due to their high dyeability, varying shades ability, and comparatively low cost have replaced natural dyes. However, environmental concerns like water and marine pollutions forced the textile industry to develop new methodologies for the utilization of natural dyes with improved properties. Literature reveals that the use of new and advanced techniques have enhanced the dyeability, strength, softness, antimicrobial and other properties of textiles. These are mainly classified in to; a) the chemical modifications of natural dyes, and b) the surface modification of fabrics. In addition to these, the negative and positive impacts of these methods along with the future scope of research have also been discussed.

Dystonia is the manifestation of involuntary lasting severe muscle contractions, which lead to rhythmic and atypical movements in different parts of the body. Dystonia is the most common movement disorder next to Parkinson’s disease (PD) and essential tremor (ET). Oro Mandibular Dystonia (OMD) is considered as a focal dystonia involving mouth, jaw, and tongue, manifested by involuntary muscle contractions producing repetitive, patterned movements of the involved structures. The diagnosis of OMD is purely clinical and is to be differentiated thoroughly from the conditions mimicking the signs. Since it presents in various forms and severities it further renders the management a multidisciplinary approach with variable treatment outcomes. The following is a clinical diagnostic case report of oromandibualar dystonia with presenting signs and symptoms, history and examination characteristic of the condition.

RESULTS: Overall life span (LS) was 2252.1±1742.5 days and cumulative 5-year survival (5YS) reached 73.2%, 10 years – 64.8%, 20 years – 42.5%. 513 LCP lived more than 5 years (LS=3124.6±1525.6 days), 148 LCP – more than 10 years (LS=5054.4±1504.1 days).199 LCP died because of LC (LS=562.7±374.5 days). 5YS of LCP after bi/lobectomies was significantly superior in comparison with LCP after pneumonectomies (78.1% vs.63.7%, P=0.00001 by log-rank test). AT significantly improved 5YS (66.3% vs. 34.8%) (P=0.00000 by log-rank test) only for LCP with N1-2. Cox modeling displayed that 5YS of LCP significantly depended on: phase transition (PT) early-invasive LC in terms of synergetics, PT N0—N12, cell ratio factors (ratio between cancer cells- CC and blood cells subpopulations), G1-3, histology, glucose, AT, blood cell circuit, prothrombin index, heparin tolerance, recalcification time (P=0.000-0.038). Neural networks, genetic algorithm selection and bootstrap simulation revealed relationships between 5YS and PT early-invasive LC (rank=1), PT N0—N12 (rank=2), thrombocytes/CC (3), erythrocytes/CC (4), eosinophils/CC (5), healthy cells/CC (6), lymphocytes/CC (7), segmented neutrophils/CC (8), stick neutrophils/CC (9), monocytes/CC (10); leucocytes/CC (11). Correct prediction of 5YS was 100% by neural networks computing (area under ROC curve=1.0; error=0.0).
CONCLUSIONS: 5YS of LCP after radical procedures significantly depended on: 1) PT early-invasive cancer; 2) PT N0--N12; 3) cell ratio factors; 4) blood cell circuit; 5) biochemical factors; 6) hemostasis system; 7) AT; 8) LC characteristics; 9) LC cell dynamics; 10) surgery type: lobectomy/pneumonectomy; 11) anthropometric data. Optimal diagnosis and treatment strategies for LC are: 1) screening and early detection of LC; 2) availability of experienced thoracic surgeons because of complexity of radical procedures; 3) aggressive en block surgery and adequate lymph node dissection for completeness; 4) precise prediction; 5) adjuvant chemoimmunoradiotherapy for LCP with unfavorable prognosis.

Acute scrotum is a general term referring to an emergency condition affecting the contents or the wall of the scrotum.
There are a number of conditions that present acutely, predominantly with pain and/or swelling
A careful and detailed history and examination, and in some cases, investigations allow differentiation between these diagnoses. A prompt diagnosis is essential as the patient may require urgent surgical intervention
Testicular torsion refers to twisting of the spermatic cord, causing ischaemia of the testicle.
Testicular torsion results from inadequate fixation of the testis to the tunica vaginalis producing ischemia from reduced arterial inflow and venous outflow obstruction.
The prevalence of testicular torsion in adult patients hospitalized with acute scrotal pain is approximately 25 to 50 percent

2 Case Reports of Gastric Ultrasound
The prostate is an exocrine gland of the male mammalian reproductive system
It is a walnut-sized gland that forms part of the male reproductive system and is located in front of the rectum and just below the urinary bladder
Function is to store and secrete a clear, slightly alkaline fluid that constitutes 10-30% of the volume of the seminal fluid that along with the spermatozoa, constitutes semen
A healthy human prostate measures (4cm-vertical, by 3cm-horizontal, 2cm ant-post ).
It surrounds the urethra just below the urinary bladder. It has anterior, median, posterior and two lateral lobes
It’s work is regulated by androgens which are responsible for male sex characteristics
Generalised disease of the prostate due to hormonal derangement which leads to non malignant enlargement of the gland (increase in the number of epithelial cells and stromal tissue)to cause compression of the urethra leading to symptoms (LUTS

Microteaching is a unique model of practice teaching. It is a viable instrument for the. desired change in the teaching behavior or the behavior potential which, in specified types of real. classroom situations, tends to facilitate the achievement of specified types of objectives.
Ethanol (CH3CH2OH), or beverage alcohol, is a two-carbon alcohol
that is rapidly distributed in the body and brain. Ethanol alters many
neurochemical systems and has rewarding and addictive properties. It
is the oldest recreational drug and likely contributes to more morbidity,
mortality, and public health costs than all illicit drugs combined. The
5th edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders
(DSM-5) integrates alcohol abuse and alcohol dependence into a single
disorder called alcohol use disorder (AUD), with mild, moderate,
and severe subclassifications (American Psychiatric Association, 2013).
In the DSM-5, all types of substance abuse and dependence have been
combined into a single substance use disorder (SUD) on a continuum
from mild to severe. A diagnosis of AUD requires that at least two of
the 11 DSM-5 behaviors be present within a 12-month period (mild
AUD: 2–3 criteria; moderate AUD: 4–5 criteria; severe AUD: 6–11 criteria).
The four main behavioral effects of AUD are impaired control over
drinking, negative social consequences, risky use, and altered physiological
effects (tolerance, withdrawal). This chapter presents an overview
of the prevalence and harmful consequences of AUD in the U.S.,
the systemic nature of the disease, neurocircuitry and stages of AUD,
comorbidities, fetal alcohol spectrum disorders, genetic risk factors, and
pharmacotherapies for AUD.
