The magazine NME is part of Time Warner through its ownership of Time Inc., which produces NME as an indie music magazine founded in 1952. Immediate Media Company is also a publishing corporation that puts out magazines including BBC Music, Top Gear, and Top of the Pops. It was founded in 2011 and employs 750 people between its London and Bristol offices publishing over 50 magazines and 30 websites.
