This institute also helps in construction of hospitals, roads and helps the women to learn knitting . Infosys has also set up a library in every Kannada Medium Schools.
 
Infosys partnered with the companies Sales, Marketing and Communication groups to optimize processes and eliminate redundancies. They developed a process framework through a detailed evaluation of marketing processes and business cycles.
 
Infosys has always tried to improve their services for their customers, so to get a feedback they kept a feedback option on there website. Their valuable customers fill up those feedback forms and give feedback to the company.
 
They need to enter in other sectors also. They need to come in telecom sector because they are having the needed infrastructure. They should takeover the small companies. They should not change the Board of Directors at this growing market time. They should provide the training to the new employees of the companies going in losses.
