1) Adoption of e-pedagogy is inevitable for modernizing education systems and preparing students for the 21st century. Traditional education is not adequately equipping students with digital skills needed in today's world.
2) E-pedagogy allows for enhanced teaching methods like blended learning, collaborative learning, and digital assessment. It provides more opportunities for student-teacher interaction and access to open educational resources.
3) For education systems and teachers to fully realize the benefits of e-pedagogy, restructuring is needed including updating infrastructure, training teachers, and modifying curricula to incorporate more technology-based learning.

Social media is basically a structure that combines individuals, communities, companies or organizations that can share their interests, attitudes, values, lifestyles, visions and friendships. In the field of eLearning this structure can be used in many ways and through different web tools. It can provide educators with an opportunity to engage learners in the online classroom, as well as to support development of learner skills and competencies.
This article argues that it is necessary to move blended learning beyond learning management systems and engage students in an active use of the web as a resource for their self-regulated study, for problem solving and collaborative activities. The case study explored in this paper explains the role of social media in promoting cognitive and meta-cognitive learners development while using a constructivist teaching and learning approach. This paper presents the findings from a specific case study, as well as general guidance to instructors for incorporating social media in a blended learning environment, including the “Traditional Classroom”. It is also suggested a limitation of the use of learning management systems to cover the development of social competences and it is argued that self-regulated students are supported by personal web tools and engaged in different kinds of social networks.

This study investigated that the quantity of computer and ICT use in teacher education institutions is less and it is mainly focused on the learning of ICT skills which takes optimum time computers are used. The framework is then improved towards a new framework that can be effectively used to evaluate information and communication technology use in pre-service teacher education. In this study the independent variables are derived from computer use within the institution, some other extraneous factor may have impact on the results. Those factors may be computer use at home, friends home and cyber or internet centers by the respondents. The study concludes that the reality rhetoric gap of the impact of ICTs in teacher education institutions be evaluated from periodically to ensure that the quality with program objectives are met. The result shows that there is an urgent need to conduct intensive training to all the teacher educators in the colleges of education. The curriculum developers should develop global content for serving the local needs and make it to available to all the colleges of education online as well as offline content or blended learning modules. Several factors have been cited as responsible for low quantity of computer use in colleges of education. Some of these factors are; attitude towards new technologies, poor management, lack of local content serving local needs, shortage of equipments.
The study examined the basic ICT facilities available for teaching and learning in Ekwusigo LGA of Anambra State, Nigeria. A survey research design was adopted for the study. Three research questions guided the study while the population of the study was three hundred and twenty five (325) teachers in secondary schools in the area. Using simple random sampling technique, two hundred (200) teachers were drawn and used for the study. A structured questionnaire with 15 items was the instrument for data collection that was duly validated by 3 experts and its reliability determined using Cronbach Alpha Procedure. An index value of 0.73 was obtained showing that the instrument was reliable for the study.Mean statistic and standard deviation were used to analyze the data collected. The findings showed that there were basic ICT facilitated in the schools and that the interest and performance of the students were enhanced using these facilities to teach and learn. The study also revealed obvious challenges in the application of these facilities. Implications of the study were drawn and recommendations made to enhance proper utilization of the facilities to boost learners’ interest.

Teknologi sudah wajib dihadirkan seorang guru ke dalam kelas agar siswa menjadi lebih antusias dalam belajar. Tujuan dari tulisan ini, untuk meningkatkan kemampuan teknologi guru dalam pembelajaran dalam kompetensi guru di abad ke-21. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan instrumennya menggunakan Literatur Analisis Isi. World is in the path of development and perfection. So
the survival of any institute or system depends upon the timely
updation of it. Since education is the most decisive factor in the
development of every nation, it is high time to upgrade the
education system for preparing the digitally skilled generation
of the 21st century. ICT has caused an educational renaissance
bringing revolutionary changes especially the possibilities of
Pedagogy.
Pedagogy has got a vital role in defining the education
strategies according to the dynamic demands of the changing
world. Pedagogy is defined as any conscious and purposeful act
of teaching adopted by teachers to enhance the learning
outcome.
3. Here Pedagogy has got two role:
1. enhance the quality of education
2. equip the learners according to the needs of the time.
This conceptual article tries to explore: Why the adoption of

Education is challenged to fulfil expectations of parents,
parents, schools, society according to the demands of tile

understand the need of implementing e–pedagogy for
quality teaching and learning processes in this digital era.
• According to this theory perfect learning takes place only
when the learner reaches the sixth stage.
• But these six stages are to be redefined according to the
need of the hour;
• otherwise the learners may be unfit to any field incapable
of fulfilling the demands of changing time.
• Traditional systems of education and classroom activities
are confined to reach up to the sixth level according to the
demands of the digital era.
• Accordingly adoption of e-pedagogy becomes inevitable for
forming a digitally smart generation.
7. E- pedagogy: Inevitable for learning exploration
of 21st century learners
21st century learners are challenged ever before to find
space in the digital era. The only way to overcome
these challenges is to prepare the learners by adopting
e-pedagogy, because e-pedagogy is rich enough to
equip the learners with all the skills needed for the
digital age which are portrayed in the figure (3) given
above.

learning with blended learning possibilities to incorporate best in face-to-
face interaction of traditional classroom and best in online teaching
platform.
Collaborative learning: The possibilities of collaborative learning
prevailed in traditional classroom are being enhanced with the possibilities
of online digital platforms for discussion, sharing, and clarification from
teachers and even from class teachers without any time and space
limitations.
Digitalised assessment: It has facilitated a wide variety of assessment
patterns like quizzes, multiple choice questions, etc to streamline evaluation
process according to the convenience of the teachers and to overcome the
complexities involved in the assessment process.
Digital interaction: technology has enlarged the possibilities of
interaction for further teaching according to the need of the learner through
social media platforms like whatsapp, facebook, etc.
12. Peer group teaching: A virtual classroom facility has opened the
possibilities of peer group teaching for teaching perfection and
perfect content transactions.
Availability open educational resources (OER): An amazing
possibility of e-pedagogy is that it provides OER sources for
teaching learning exploration.
Possibilities of catering individuality and remedial class: e-
pedagogy enables the mentors to cater the individual needs of the
learners by accommodating digital possibilities like AI, ML and
OER.
Online tutoring: digital platform open for teachers the unlimited
teaching platform without space limitation. A passionate teacher can
find his/her space to enlighten the online aspirants from different
parts of the world through digital tutoring.
13. Suggestions
Since adaptation of e-pedagogy is inevitable for preparing a
digitally skilled generation, education system has to be
restructured from policy level to ground stakeholders.
Content is to be modified in tune with e-pedagogy.
School infrastructure is to be updated in every school for the
successful execution of e-pedagogy.
Adequate budget is to be released in this regard during the
budget allocation. E)
Training programmes for present teachers should be
designed and conducted.
Teacher training programme is to be restructured for
preparing tech savvy teachers for the digital era.
There should be made possible arrangements from concerned
authorities to avoid the problem of the digital era.
14. Conclusion
21st century learners are bourn and are supposed
to be brought up in the digital age. Traditions
educational system is not perfect enough to cater the
demands of digital generation. Since technological
backwardness will never contribute to the expected
perfection and outcome in the education system, there
is a need for updation and perfection which point to
the need of inevitable adaptation of E-pedagogy to
equip the mentors and learners of the 21st century. The
successful execution of e-pedagogy for expected
outcome demands the updation of the entire
traditional education system.
