Automotive General Sales Manager
Carl Gregory Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Hyundai of Brunswick, GA - 2015 to 2015
Responsibilities
- I was responsible for all of the daily operations that occur not only with the sales and finance team but was
also involved with our service department
- Motivated our sales team and continued to train them to become the best they can be
- Worked hands on with our customers to make their car purchase possible. Which included helping select the
car, putting and presenting the numbers and submitting the deals to the banks. All while keeping our customers
satisfied.
Accomplishments
-Moved all of the almost 600 day units out of inventory and still managed to increase sales and revenues in
the process.
- Opened the market to fleet accounts and edited the advertising available to me to demand the greatest return.
-Trained very limited sales team to perform to the same standards and accomplishments as the much larger
and more equipped Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram store that was sharing the majority of the lot.

- Increased sales from an average of 55 units a month to an average of 90 units per month and maintained
that average until I left.
-More than tripled product penetration and per vehicle revenues.
-Introduced new products as well as demanding full utilization of the functioning but not yet used products
already at our disposal.

- Used my personality to be able to relate with the customers and other employees and also made sure to
always listen and observe to make sure any question or objection is dealt with swiftly before it grew into a
problem that would ruin a deal.
- Multi-tasking which goes along with time management.
- Critical thinking and decision making that benefited the company.
- I am also hard working, determined and always eager to learn. That is what helped me grow within the
company so quickly.
