Major duties include Subprime Financing and Desking Deals. I am in charge of structuring and hanging all
finance deals with Major Banks. Daily CIT meetings with the owners and inventory management . Being able
to identify old age units early on approaching 110 days. Marketing and working with our vendors to achieve
maximum visibility in a competitive market. Other responsibilities is working together with BDC coaching and
training to develop better skills to maximize our return on investments.
Continuous efforts in training the sales staff to follow the sales process and CRM development. Role playing
to teach them to over come objections and stay on course with road to a sale & closing the deal.
Accomplishments
Changing the attitudes in the way we see subprime customers. If you cant change the way a person is
feeling . You will not be able to influence them to change what they will do. For example ..making the customer
understand why they are being charge 26% and paying 3x for the vehicle sales prices.
