This lab could have contained errors. The errors could have happened when performing the lab. Some
of the possible errors in this lab are:
There might have been some mistakes made while transferring the ingredients from the beaker and the
funnel to the flask and the burret.
The antacid tablets were not crushed properly, resulting in big crumbs of the tablet which will affect
the dissolving process of the lab.
There might have been more KOH solution added to the flask resulting in the observations to be
wrong.
The mixture might have contained more or less than 5 drops of bromophenol blue, which might have
resulted in the indication of the lab.
Not enough attention paid when the solution was changing colours.
The buret might have been leaky resulting in more KOH dropped in the erlenmeyer flask.

two commonly sold brands examined in this lab which were the Tums and Rolaids. The crushed
tablets were dissolved in 0.10 M HCl with a pH indicator bromophenol blue and a solution of KOH

Kotoku was born in 1871 in rural Tosa and matured in the hectic reform years of the Meiji period.
During his maturity, Japan was undergoing changes that lead to impending dangers. The years of the
Meiji Restoration in 1868 changed from feudal system of the Edo period to a compulsory system of

When I was in the 7th grade, all students were required to take a Data Processing class, which
essentially just teaches you how to type on the computer at a proficient level. In the first few months
of school, your body s immune system is trying to get used to being surrounded by germs and illnesses
and sometimes responds by making you sick, so I had a cold. I had Data Processing at the end of the
day, and was really not feeling well. It was always a rule in the classroom not to use your phone, but I
was ill and my mom had asked my if I would like it if she would pick me up from school. Of course
that was way better than riding the bus, so I tried to discretely respond that yes, I would like her to
pick me up from school. It was in that moment when the English Language Learner Aid (ELLA)
caught me texting my mother and told the head teacher. The ELLA and the teacher talked back and
forth about what they should do about my phone usage in front of the whole class! I was mortified,
especially when the ELLA made the comment, Wow! Caught using your phone so early in the year? I
m sure my face was as red as a tomato. Of course, I didn t know what to expect when I said that the
only person I was texting was my mother, but it definitely wasn t the response I got from the ELLA.
She said, That s what everyone says when they get caught texting. The women obviously didn t know
my character, but I relented. I don t really ever get in trouble, and I usually try and commit myself to
pleasing teachers, so I didn t know how to go about this embarrassment nonchalantly. Eventually,

Ernst Young (EY) has been selected by the audit committee of Stryker Corporation to perform their
annual company audit for 2016. Stryker was established in Michigan in 1946 by Dr. Homer H.
Stryker, a successful and well known orthopedic surgeon and the inventor of several orthopedic
products. The company manufactures numerous medical and surgical equipment and sells most of
their products in the United States directly to doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities. Stryker
s products are also sold in over 100 countries throughout the world with 27% of company sales taking
place outside the United States (Stryker Form 10k, 2016, p. 1). The Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer of Stryker is Kevin Lobo. He served as president of numerous medical companies before

Since the early sixth century, the questions of reality, matter, and change have perplexed philosophers.
These questions have since become a major topic of inquiry amongst philosophers eventually
garnering the attention of notable figures such as Plato and his pupil Aristotle. Although both Plato
and Aristotle shared many similar notions of order and an eternal universe, their methods of
inquisition as well as their theories of reality and truth vary significantly. This difference would
