The TJX Companies hosted a SuitUp business competition for students where volunteers coached teams of students to create a new app to support young employees. Two teams pitched their app ideas to judges from TJX with Team 1: Together Joining Excelling winning. Both students and volunteers found the experience valuable in building skills like communication, teamwork and public speaking. Students reported the competition influenced their future career choices in fields like business administration. Both students and volunteers wanted to participate in another SuitUp competition and thanked TJX for their support in opening doors for students.

Through SuitUp, volunteers from The TJX Companies and SuitUp All Stars participated
in a SuitUp business competition in which they created a new app that supported young
and emerging employees beginning their career Volunteers coached students in
various departments before helping them pitch to judges for a cash prize.
