Morgan Stanley volunteers coached students from the Orange Public School District and Chelsea Virtual Learning Academy in a business competition hosted by SuitUp. Students formed teams to create a podcast concept for Spotify. Team Mental Wealth won first place. Surveys found that the competition helped students feel more confident and explore potential careers, with many interested in business, education, design, finance, and marketing. Both students and volunteers enjoyed interacting and most volunteers and students wanted to participate in future SuitUp events. Morgan Stanley's involvement influenced students' career choices by helping them develop skills like communication, teamwork, and public speaking.

4. Business Case Challenge
Through SuitUp, volunteers from Morgan Stanley and students from Chelsea Virtual
Learning Academy participated in a SuitUp business competition in which they created
a new teen-friendly podcast for Spotify. Volunteers coached students in various
