electronics accessory company
based in Fort Collins, Colorado
that produces water-resistant,
shock-resistant, and
drop-resistant cases for mobile
devices.

Business Case Challenge
Through SuitUp, volunteers from OtterCares and students from Poudre School District
Global Academy participated in a SuitUp business competition in which they created a new
and innovative technology that solves a problem currently faced by youth. Volunteers
coached students in various departments before helping them pitch to judges for a cash prize.

SuitUp asked students if OtterCares’ SuitUp competition made an impact on
their future career choice. 92% of students said that engaging with the
volunteers influenced their career choice and now they can see themselves
using skills such as communication, teamwork and public speaking. Students
are now interested in exploring the following fields:
