GroundTruth and Idaho Technical Career Academy (ITCA) students participated in a business case challenge through SuitUp where they created new product ideas for Nike. GroundTruth volunteers coached student teams who then pitched their ideas to judges. Team 4 won with their "JUGGLE" product idea. The document discusses survey results finding that the competition helped students feel more confident and informed about careers. Many students are now interested in marketing, business, and technology fields after working with GroundTruth volunteers. Both volunteers and students found the experience impactful and want to participate in future SuitUp competitions.
